1. Non-Refundable Fees

To maintain our service standards, the following fees are strictly non-refundable once initiated:

Consultation fees
Registration charges
Form-filling fees
Documentation processing
Delivered services
2. Duplicate Payments

Duplicate payments will be verified and refunded automatically within 7–10 working days.

3. Service Not Delivered

Refunds apply only if a paid service is not delivered. Exceptions where refunds are not granted:

  • Admission rejection by University
  • Incomplete client documentation
  • Changes in government rules
5. Refund Methods
UPI / GPay Bank Transfer (NEFT) Original Mode

Standard Processing Time: 7 to 10 Business Days

4. Cancellation

No cancellations are permitted once the administrative work has commenced.
