1. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are strictly non-refundable:

• Consultation fees
• Registration charges
• Form-filling fees
• Documentation processing fees
• Any service partially or fully delivered

2. Refunds for Duplicate Payments

Duplicate payments will be refunded within 7–10 working days.

3. Service Not Delivered

Refunds apply only if a paid service is not delivered. Exceptions:

• Admission rejection
• Incomplete client documents
• Changes in institutional/government rules

4. Cancellation Policy

No cancellations allowed once work has started.

• Original payment mode
